Hey friends, I did at least three demos to show how to jump.
I will post them when I feel better. The cold finally caught up with me.
Today, I did my usual body stretches, but I did not jump much. I did only 200 counts. I rested in bed, and will continue to rest and take medications the entire weekends…Overally, I did well this week. I exercised each, except for today when I jumped only what is feasible. Remember health comes first…
