18 days after the start of your weight loss programme, you must begin to see some changes. Yet, it is not time to measure the weight loss. You would notice the change with how clothes fit your body. Today, I did a total of 1, 200 jumps (800 jumps in the morning in 19minutes, and 400 jumps in the evening) I am feeling great, and I hope you are also feeling great. All my clothes are fitting me well, and several of them have loosened up…
