Milk-Egg Bread

Ingredients:200g Flour5g Instant Yeast2 tablespoon sugar1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

2 eggs1 tea-cup milk Method:

  • Put flour in a mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients (Yeast, salt, sugar), mix well
  • Add oil to the flour mixture, and mix well
  • Break eggs into a cup, stir the egg yolk and white together
  • Part flour mixture at the centre, pour your egg mixture into the flour, mix well
  • Add milk into the flour mixture, knead it well into a dough
  • Shape your dough into any style, and put it into the baking tin
  • Cover your baking tin with foil paper, and put your bread into the oven
  • Switch on your oven to 50°C
  • Let the dough rise for 25 minutes despite using instant yeast
